Lisa Bastos is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who received her Master’s degree from Lesley University.  She has over 10 years of clinical experience working with adolescents, young adults, and older adults.  Lisa’s primary treatment interest includes depression, anxiety, adjustment, chronic mental illness, and psychosis.  Lisa extracts from a variety of therapeutic approaches ranging from cognitive behavioral therapy, psychoanalytic therapy, and motivational interviewing.  Lisa’s eclectic approach allows her customize treatment to the individual needs of the clients she serves.  Lisa is supportive, friendly, and passionate about helping clients move forward with their goals.
