800 South Main Street, Suite 103, Mansfield, MA 02048. Close to exits 11 and 12 off I-495.
Free parking is available in the front and back of the building. Once you come in through the entrance, Suite 103 is on your right.
What to bring
Photo ID, your insurance card, and a list of your current medications.
Telepsychiatry
Available for patients located in Massachusetts. Please don't drive during your visit. If you're driving when it's time, pull over safely or reschedule.
